1. Identification & Verification
The safety of our guests and the integrity of our event planning are our highest priorities. To ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following entry requirements are strictly enforced:

Valid Photo ID Required: All guests MUST present a current, valid government-issued photo ID to Security upon arrival.

Name Match Requirement: The FULL NAME on the prepaid ticket must exactly match the name on the Photo ID presented.

No Transfers: As per our policy, tickets are non-transferable. Only the original purchaser whose name is on the guest list will be granted entry.

2. Security Screening

Bag Checks: For the safety of the household and all attendees, all bags will be checked by security personnel prior to entry.

Prohibited Items: No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

3. Authorized Entry Only

Prepaid Reservations Only: This is a private, ticketed event. Guests without a confirmed, prepaid ticket will not be allowed to enter the premises.

No Walk-ins: To ensure proper resource planning and guest intimacy, we cannot accommodate additional guests at the door.

Failure to comply with these security measures will result in denied entry without a refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Oracle 17, we take great pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and meticulously preparing for your visit days in advance. Because we are an intimate, reservation-only experience with limited seating, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our ability to host.
Please review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

1. Standard Cancellations & Refunds

5+ Days Notice: If you cancel your reservation at least five (5) full days prior to the event date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please allow 21 business days to process your refund request.

Less than 5 Days Notice: Due to the cost of resources, specialized ingredients, and prep work already underway, we are unable to offer monetary refunds for cancellations made within five days of the event.
2. Rescheduling & Credit
If you must cancel after the 5-day deadline has passed, we are happy to offer a one-time credit of your payment toward a future event, provided the following conditions are met:

60-Day Window: You must select a new event date that occurs within 60 days of your original reservation.

Subject to Availability: Rebooking is strictly based on seating availability for future scheduled supper club dates.
3. How to Reschedule
To check availability for a future event and apply your existing payment, please call us directly. We will work with you to find an open seat at our table that fits your schedule.

4. No-Show Policy:

No Refunds or Credits: If you fail to attend your reserved event without prior notice ("No-Show"), your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to a future date.

Because resources are prepared specifically for your seat, no-shows forfeit the full value of their reservation.
5. Ticket Transfers

Personalized Reservations: For security and planning purposes, ticket transfers are strictly prohibited. * Verified Attendance: Only the individual who purchased the ticket is authorized to attend the event. We do not allow seats to be sold or gifted to third parties.

Refund Requests: Only the original purchaser may request a refund or a date change (consistent with the 5-day policy above).​
