Oracle 17 Supper Club Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to Oracle 17 Supper Club. By purchasing a ticket and reserving a seat at our table, you (the "Guest") agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, intimate, and high-quality experience for all attendees.

1. Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Seats are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Standard Refunds: Cancellations made five (5) days or more prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Within five (5) days of the event, all payments are non-refundable due to the cost of specialized resources and advance preparation.

  • Rescheduling Credit: If you cancel within the 5-day window, you may request to apply your payment toward a future event. This credit must be used within 60 days of the original date and is strictly based on seating availability. Please call us directly to check availability for future dates.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a reserved event without prior notification ("No-Show") results in the immediate forfeiture of the ticket.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for No-Shows.

4. Attendance & Ticket Transfers

  • Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable. Only the person who purchased the ticket may attend the event.

  • Purchaser Identity: Only the original purchaser is authorized to request a refund or a date change.

5. Security & Entry Requirements

For the safety of our home and our guests, the following security protocols are mandatory:

  • Photo ID: All guests MUST show a current, valid Photo ID to Security for entry.

  • Identity Verification: The FULL NAME on the ticket must match the Photo ID presented at the door.

  • Bag Checks: All bags are subject to search by security personnel upon arrival.

  • Prohibited Items: No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

  • Authorized Access: Only guests with a prepaid ticket will be allowed entry. No walk-ins or additional guests are permitted.

6. Food Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

  • Oracle 17 is a fixed-menu supper club. While we strive to accommodate guests, we cannot guarantee an environment free of allergens (e.g., nuts, shellfish, gluten).

  • Guests are responsible for notifying the host of any life-threatening allergies at the time of booking, though we reserve the right to decline service if we cannot safely accommodate the request.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if they are intoxicated, disruptive, or fail to comply with the security policies mentioned above. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
